Being healthy means a man is totally in good condition in physiological, mental and social aspects. Traditional view unilaterally considers health is disease-free. However, modern view of health is healthy holistically. World Health Organization defines that being healthy is not only physiologically disease-free, but also mentally healthy, well adaptable and virtuous. Therefore, the connotation of modern humans’ health consists of physical, psychological, spiritual, social, brain, ethical and environmental health. Health is a basic human right, one of the most valuable possessions of this life. It is the foundation of the quality of life, and an important aspect of human self-awareness. It is also the best status that life exists, with a deep abundant meaning.
Keep healthy in the following four aspects: balanced diet; moderate exercise; smoking quit and wine limited; an optimistic mentality. Man needs balanced and nutritional diet, not only grain and roughage, but also fresh fruits and vegetables, especially not greasy, not salty, sugar-free and regulate staple food. Keep safe and needful aerobic exercise every day. ...

One of these psychologists says mental health means a man efficiently and happily adapts to the society. And this is not only efficient, satisfied or adaptable, but also these three all. A man who is mental healthy should have a peaceful emotion, acute brain, pleasant temperament and suitable behaviors to social environment.
Nowadays, mental fatigue has become the biggest enemy of health. Everyone should learn to deal with stress, self-control and avoid unnecessary waste of mental energy. Positively face everything, have a good appetite and sleep habit, and exercise moderately every day. Then you will live a happy life.
