It's true. Mexico golf course real estate is becoming a motivation in itself to move to Mexico, for some buyers rivalling the wide, soft, white-sanded beaches of places like Playa del Carmen as their main motivation for choosing this area as their home.

Nearby, buyers in the Mareazul development enjoy life directly on the beachfront, while still being within very short walking distance to the same course.

Playacar, the city's original exclusive, gated community at the south of downtown, also offers beautiful condos and homes with unbelievable views of the fairways. Puerto Aventuras, a marina community 20 minutes south of town, has lots for sale along the newest 9 holes of its golf course, which are currently under construction. Many other excellent properties exist built along the area's courses.
