We all know that beachfront real estate in the U.S. is a luxury for millionaires. Most of know that beachfront can be bought much cheaper in Mexico, and some of us have heard that there are excellent cheap Mexico beachfront lots in good locations. But how cheap really are they?
In consideration of the outrageously high prices in the U.S., we know that a beachfront lot in Mexico for even, $250,000 USD, lets say, is a super deal, worth every cent of it, and even more, considering how strong Mexico's investment potential is these days.
But, the bottom line is if we don't have $250,000 USD to spend, plus the cost of building a nice home, we still can't just pull that cash out of nowhere. That's a good price, but how cheap does it get? Under $150,000 USD? Maybe even half that?

Cheap Mexico beachfront lots have direct access to well maintained federal highways. Mexico has been the world's leading country in new highway projects, and everyone is enjoying the benefits of this fact.
Connections – Likewise, if you're trying to run off solar and wind power because you care for the environment, that's great; but it's nice to have the option of municipal connections for most of us. But why settle for electricity and water? Phone and even high-speed internet are available.
Just about everything else - Like building permits, natural lagoons, history and culture, nearby modern services, transportation, and a growing tourism industry that promises potential for much, much more ...
