The cost associated with finding new clients can be expensive for most staffing agencies. "Upselling" is a term used to describe the process of maximizing your return on marketing investment. It is a concept that all staffing agencies should adopt to get maximum results

The process of upselling is getting more money from each contract you have. Implementing upselling is as simple as offering more services to your clients. Upgrading your staffing agency from simply offering a warm body. Your clients will be the warmest and receptive to an attractive offer once a contract is signed.

I have found that many staffing agencies avoid upselling because they are afraid the client may get irritated and simply go with the nearest competitor. I've found the opposite is true.
