Diabetes is one of the most deadly diseases, which is also known as a metabolic disorder. It occurs due the higher amount of glucose level in the blood. Whereas, insulin is a hormone that is produced by the organ called pancreas for providing energy, so that we can do various activities such as playing, running, walking etc. Most of the people do not have the idea about the type of diabetes they have, so it is strongly advisable to go for proper body check ups to identify the type of diabetes. There are many types of diabetes, but following are the most common types:
Type 1: Patients of type 1 diabetes generally require insulin injections or an insulin pump, it can occur due to any virus or any other disorder. In this type of diabetes, our body finds it hard to recognize the related organs and attacks on it. People who are below the age of 40 are generally diagnosed with this type.
Type 2: Obesity, overweight and less amount of workout are the major causes of type 2 diabetes. When our pancreas is unable to produce enough amount of insulin, then this condition is converted to the disease called type 2 diabetes. ...

Physical Activity: People who do less physical activities are more prone to diabetes than those who exercise regularly. It is advisable to go for a 30- 45 minutes of brisk walk on the daily basis, as it is helpful to reduce the extra amount of calories from your body.
Reduce the Consumption of Alcohol Intake: It is better to reduce the consumption of alcohol, as it is processed in the body similar to fat, as it has many calories. Therefore, it can elevate the blood sugar in your body, the best way would be to drink it moderately or should be limited to some occasions only. Campral is the most recent medication for the treatment of alcoholism.
Sleep disorder or viral Infections: Sleeping disorders and other viral infections are also one of the commonly known reasons for the disturbance of insulin in body. A medicine called Imunovir can be used as a treatment of acute and chronic viral infections.
The above-mentioned measures of diabetes will help you to get the better understanding of diabetes, which can be used as preventive measures.
