Which Kinds Of Food Can Prevent Diseases
Different food has different functions to take care of your health:
Fruits: according to the U.S. department of agriculture research shows that the fruit containing the most antioxidants is blueberry, the second is cranberry. Because antioxidants can neutralize free radicals which is the risk factor causing chronic disease, such as cancer, heart disease, etc.

American nutritional instructions suggest that we consume 3 portion of low-fat dairy every day and also exercise every day.
Fatty fish: fish contains large amounts of Omega 3 fatty acids. This kind of fatty acids can be against disease, such as reducing the amount of lipids in the blood
Vegetables: These vegetables including spinach, kale, cabbage and lettuce contain lots of vitamins, minerals elements, beta carotene, vitamin C, folic acid, iron, magnesium, carotenoids, plant chemicals and antioxidants. According to a research made by Harvard, ...

Whole grains: These ingredients contain folic acid, selenium, vitamin B, which is good for the heart. These elements can control your weight and reduce the risk of diabetes. This kind of food is also beneficial to promote digestion.
Sweet potatoes: This sweet food contains a large amount of antioxidant and phytochemicals. The fiber of sweet potatoes can improve health of gastrointestinal tract. The antioxidant of it can prevent heart disease and cancer.
Tomatoes: ripe tomatoes smell nice and contain lycopene which is a kind of antioxidant to prevent cancers. The point is that it's easy to get and you can eat it as a snack.
Beans: it's the best food to get protein and also good food for low calorie so that can help control weight.
Nuts: We all know nut contains a lot of fat. But it is quite healthy for bodies. Its effects can help lower cholesterol levels.
Eggs: it's rich in protein and other micronutrients. Most of these nutrients are easy to be absorbed.
