What is the greatest fear humans have? It is the fear of unknown and fear of darkness. The fear of unknown arises from something which we do not know and are faced with. This fear gets eliminated once you know something about it. But the fear of darkness is something one cannot deal with for longer time. Since childhood we are told that evils, bad spirits emerge only in the darkness. We also see it in movies that the ghosts come out of their graves only during nights and when all the people are asleep. We often associate darkness with all evil things and brightness with obviously good things. It always feels secure to be in bright light than to be in darkness. The gloominess and scariness associated with the darkness is frightening. This fear must have been present during the early human civilization. So the ancient man invented fire which kept the wild animals away. The fire is also believed to keep the evil spirits away. Many cultures worship the fire and sun as source of light, brightness and protection. Later invention of electricity added more light to our life. Since then we have been using the lamps to brighten up our ...
... evenings and nights till we wish to. There are many forms of lamps which are used in a personal, professional and industrial life. The life of a person gets illuminated with the help of these lights. But there are some types of lights which are commonly used everywhere. Ceiling lights are used everywhere. They are basically aimed at spreading light in more space. Some of such lights are inset into a ceiling to give a focused ray of light or to highlight a particular area. Such adjustments are possible with latest designs and technology. Such lights are not only used for focusing but they can also decorate the ceiling with special effects, since they come in various designs and colors.

Another very commonly used type of lamp is the table lamps. Since our childhood this kind of lamp is our best friend. It stays awake till late night with us and accompanies us in our studies even during daytime. Earlier they were in very much modest shape and design. But today they have a glory of their own and they are designed as per the age of the user. Today ideas and designs know no limitations, so creative brains of people touch new heights and offer new designs like Flos Taccia.
