In the past, I always had been confused about which ways can do to look young. However, by now I will not be confused anymore. According to my personal experience, living a healthy and natural life is a good way to get you beautiful and make wrinkle-skin. Without any chemical or surgery, you still can look younger. First, relieve stress
Nowadays, no matter students or workers, it’s easy for them to get caught up in their studies and jobs so that they live busy lives. This makes them have little time to relax and get stressful. According to researches, which show that stress is one of the reason causing premature aging and other health problems. For example, breathe smoothly: when you impulse, you may hold your health. Doing this will increase mental stress. Therefore, you should take easy and keep calm. In addition, make sure you wind down from time to time.
Second, don't be eager to get up

Six, eating more vegetables and fruits improving vitamins
In daily diet, vegetables and fruits are convenient to get vitamins which will help to give you younger skin. For example, vitamin E helps to make the skin younger by protecting it from UV rays.
