He plays an important role in the data transfer and suggests which kind of technical requirements are needed in future. The technicalities of the business process and the architecture of the system will be designed by the technical ERP consultant.

Their work involves designing the project, preparing the budget, interacting with the customer, convincing management, assigning work to team members, ensuring work is done, etc. The consultants need to ensure that the ERP system developed meets the client’s business requirements.
