Getting the word out about upcoming events is both easy and difficult. If the event is easy to see on local calendars, you might gain their attention that way. You can also be sure that many of them will be staying in local inns, bed and breakfasts, and hotels. Offering special deals, or package deals, is a great way to help make your event part of their trip. If you would appeal to a certain group- say jazz enthusiasts, then consider linking up with jazz societies in nearby areas to promote your upcoming events.
