Enterprise Resource Planning undertaken by any company is a big investment and has a lot of risks. It helps to streamline the business process and enables a smooth flow of information between the various functional departments in an organization. The change management strategies have to be executed properly. All the above points need to be evaluated for measuring ERP performance properly. It may take some time to realize the improvements due to the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning, but there should be some change for the better within few months of the implementation.
