However, they will do different yoga styles. Although, most of them have the same postures, each of them has a different focus. If you are to practice yoga, here are yoga styles you can choose one that interest you and suit your physical condition:

First, Hatha Yoga:

This is developed from Ashtanga Yoga. Hatha Vinyasa Yoga follows its practice style, the intensity of postures connection and breathing is also heavy. According to participators, this type of yoga can be arranged randomly. If men try to practice yoga, Hatha Vinyasa Yoga is a good choice for them.

Fourth, Iyengar Yoga:

This type focuses on using the assistance of props, such as blocks, belts, chairs or blankets to straight the body and requires every posture to be accurate. Iyengar Yoga is less intense, so it almost suits for people any of age in every physical condition, especially for people who are less fit.
