Weight loss plays a major impact rather than the food choices on hypertension. Blaming on the sweet drinking beverages may just not fulfill the cause other factors such as the Ketchup and sauces also bring their share to affect the blood pressure. The amount of ketchup used in toppings may lead to increase in calories, may again affect your blood pressure.
