While you may find that a particular type of workout or a certain instructor is your favorite, having options to switch things up a bit lets you vary your routines, which can help you get through plateaus and sticking points. So, shop around before joining a program to find the best boot camp offering the most variety in your area.

And remember, cheapest isn't always best. It's often true that you get what you pay for, and in the realm of fitness training and instruction this is doubly true. You don't have to choose the most expensive program, but definitely avoid going with the bottom dollar program.
