What is File synchronization?

A method known as 'File synchronization', also known as 'File Sync' or 'syncing' makes your work much easier if you work on your computers at home, on your laptop / notebook while travelling and on your PC in the office.

File synchronization software has 2 methods:-
1. Mirroring, i.e. Using One-Way File sync software.
2. Using Two-Way File sync software.

In the former method, One-Way File sync method, files are copied from your source computer to your selected targetted computers destinations. However, remember that files cannot be copied to the source computer from the destination computer.

In the latter, the Two-Way File sync method, the files can be copied / updated either way (bi-directional), that is from the source computer to the destination computers or from any of the destination computers to the source computer.
