Shahid Kapoor who recently turned thirty, threw a grand bash for all his friends and colleagues in tinsel town. Shahid who usually does not give parties, made an exception this year as he turned thirty and wanted to celebrate the special day with all those he has worked with and every other bigwig in Bollywood. The star studded event was attended by Boney Kapoor, Sridevi, Riteish Deshmukh, Raveena Tandon and her husband Anil Thadani, Tabu, Anushka Sharma, Ranveer Singh, Genelia D’Souza, Anil Kapoor who was accompanied by his daughter Sonam Kapoor, who also happens to be Shahid’s co-star in his upcoming film Mausam. Directors Karan Johar and Kunal Kohli were also present at the bash. Kunal Kohli confirmed reports that he and Shahid will be doing a film together.

Sonali Bendre alongwith husband Goldie Behl, Aamir Khan with wife Kiran Rao, Aziz Mirza, Sajid Nadiadwala, Rani Mukerjee, Satish kaushik, Vishal Bharadwaj and Meiyang Chang, were some of the others who were spotted at the event. Shahid Kapoor was at his chirpy best as he interacted with the media persons and spoke at length about whatever was being asked. Talking about the best gift he received, he said that it was last year when his father Pankaj Kapoor, presented the script of Mausam before him. The actor smartly dodged the question when he was asked whether he was missing his lady love Priyanka Chopra or not!
