There are roughly nine steps to expect from initial contact to final payment if you a hire a professional painter. These steps should be the same whether you live in Atlanta, Miami, or Roswell, so let’s get started.

Step #1: Initial Contact

Step #6: Confirming Start Date
Approximately 3 days before the start date, the office manager will be contacting you to make sure that your colors have been selected and to answer any questions you may have.

Step #7: Opening Day
When the crew arrives, ON TIME, you will first be introduced to the crew who will be working at your home. At the end of the day, you will be kept up to date of how the project is progressing. The estimator will be always in charge of the project so you will feel more comfortable dealing with the same person from beginning to end.

Step #8: Final Walk Thru
Our estimator will ask to meet with you to address any concerns that you may have to correct them before the job is complete. Your goal is your 100% satisfaction and enthusiasm about your new looking home!

Step #9: Payment/Warranty Info
Upon completion, they will request 100% payment or final payment, depending on the contract. After payment is received, they will issue your certificate of warranty to cover all labor and material if for any reason the new paint does not continue to cover as promised.
