... food diet person or if you want to simply try out the trend of enjoying raw food, there are many recipes online for you to choose from. For many this raw food diet is a way of life but for others it is a way to add variety to their diet. You can have fun with different appliances that you probably already have such as a food dehydrator, a blender, or a food processor. If you have a creative flair you can create your own combinations of raw foods to try. You will be pleasantly surprised at how many different combinations you can make.
As you play with your dehydrator you will find that some raw food is better very thinly sliced and dried completely while others are best when cut thicker and only partially dried. One great tip you can use with your dehydrator is to use one thing, like fresh figs, for example, slicing some very thin and placing them on the bottom tray of the dehydrator to make them come out almost like crackers or chips to enjoy as a snack food. By cutting some a little thicker and placing them on the top rack of the dehydrator they won’t dry as much and can be eaten still a little moist and they can be consumed in salads or in other recipes. You will be creating two different flavors from the same raw food. Many raw food items can be done this way. You can mix and match and explore with different things to see what your own favorites are. Try mixing nuts and seeds with different seasonings to create new flavors for your raw food diet. You are only limited by your imagination with all of the different flavors you can create from raw foods.
