The Most Impressive Tech Support I Have Ever Experienced!

I went out for a wonderful picnic with my family at the beach. We were having so much fun that we didn’t realize it was late afternoon and we had to head back. We were all exhausted when we came back and bumped on the couch in the living room. I switched on the TV to watch the news. After some time, my wife got up and went to the kitchen to prepare a late lunch. Soon we were all gorging on citrus smoked Salmon and wild mushroom soup along with Pesto grilled chicken that my wife had prepared. After having a sumptuous lunch, I headed back to my room to download some movies.

The minute I switched on the PC, my son came rushing in the room and sat beside me. I spoke to my son about the day’s proceedings and searched through the available torrents to find a good movie to download. There was one that I spotted but it was a huge sized file of 6 GB. As I was about to get up from the desk, I remembered that my wife had asked me to take printouts of the documents that were lying in her pen drive. I copied the files on to the desktop and removed the USB drive. As I opened the document and gave the print command, an error popped up on the screen. I was taken aback. After a while, I unplugged the printer cables and plugged them back. On giving the print command, the printer still did not print anything. I was completely clueless and had no idea how to get the problem sorted. I frantically searched the Internet for a solution and came across iYogi. It was an online support company but I had to read up on iYogi customer reviews and iYogi feedbacks to be convinced that I could get my money’s worth of tech support. I didn’t want to simply fall for anything before taking a good look at its services as well. So I did a thorough search on the company again and the services it offered before taking the call to get in touch with them to resolve my issue.

When I was pretty satisfied with what I had read on iYogi reviews, I went to their website again to look for options to get in touch with them. There was an option to chat with a technician, so I opted for that. As soon as I clicked on it, a window appeared in which I had to fill in my contact details. After this, I was connected to a technician who verified my contact information and asked me about the problem that had occurred on my PC. I told him the entire story and he told me that he would need to access my computer through a remote session to get to the root cause of the issue. I allowed him, and within minutes he was performing certain troubleshooting steps on my system. In half an hour, he was done and asked me to take a test print out. To my amazement, the printer was working as good as before. I thanked him and he directed me to close the chat window.
