Finally My Pc Came Back To Life!

My computer was making it difficult for me to work on it. Every now and then, it would freeze. When I discussed this problem with George, one of my colleagues, he had suggested me to go for a system format to check if there was a virus on my PC. Since I had scanned my computer that very day and nothing was detected, I decided not to pay heed to George’s advice. So, I did not bother to go for a format again because I thought it would be useless and got back to working on the system. But while I was browsing through the Internet, my computer froze again.

I switched off the computer manually, hoping it would start up normally again. However, I realized the gravity of the situation when my system refused to boot up. I tried doing the same thing for a number of times, but it just won’t start up. I started to panic and hysterically started to check each and every cable connection, but nothing seemed wrong with them. The whole situation was over my head so I called up George to come to my rescue. He told me he’d come over right away and check the system for me.

On hearing this, I asked him that it would take a week to get the system repaired. At that very instance, he corrected me and said that he was talking about an online tech support company called iYogi.

He offered that I come over to his place and run a quick check on the company if I was not convinced enough. His laptop was already running when we reached his place. I typed iYogi in the Google search bar and decided to read up on iYogi review and iYogi feedbacks. I wanted to get a clear understanding of them by reading up on any kind of iYogi customer reviews I could get my hands on over the Internet. I also went through all the kinds of services they offered including their service charges. After this exhaustive search, I was quite convinced.

We took the details down, including their customer service number, and headed back to my place. Finally, I gave them a call and it was answered instantly. The technician asked for my contact details and right away got down to the problem that I was facing with my computer. After hearing me out and understanding the issue, he told me that he would call back within a few minutes on the contact number that I had given him. I was uncertain that the call would ever come, but within five minutes my phone rang and it was the technician again. The technician helped me in undertaking a number of steps on my computer, and assisted me in performing them to fix my computer system. The call lasted for nearly an hour or so. By the end of the call, I finally got my computer up and running more efficiently than ever before. Before disconnecting the call, I thanked the technician for helping me with my problem with good enthusiasm and efficiency.
