The latest research shows that in order to reduce weight, you don't have to cut down your food intake but only need to regularize your eating habits and the way you select your menu. The basic theme for the preparation of such menu is that you shall never feel hungry while following these diet planes. These menus are so designed that you can follow them for the rest of your life. We give here two ways to design this menu.
1. Volumetric.
A study spread over a period of six months shows that ‘Volumetric' menu has rendered best result for weight reduction. The basic idea of this menu is to use eatables which contain water as their major content. In this way you shall never be empty stomach. In the initial stages you may not feel very satisfied but the positive results of weight reduction shall keep you on this plane. Very soon you shall become habitual of eating such material and it won't be a problem for you to follow these routines for the rest of your life.
2. Low Carbohydrate-Menu.
