"It all started by adding an all stainless steel top and basin to our flagship product, The Premier Series, our standard height portable hand washing station, for a customer specific need," stated Martin Watts, Director of Operations at Integrity Distribution LLC. However, they never placed a mass order for the custom unit, so Integrity Distribution offered the design to a focus group of customers who presented the design to their sales staff.
