Beijing High-Tech Council has introduced "smart home" model model room, showing the fingerprint locks to the security system from a series of smart home has features that allow people to themselves.
Now, the system is no longer out of reach, has anyone really live in such a home. In Hong Kong there is such a female designer Fanny, her own hands to design a high-tech smart house, visited her home, people will lament, to experience what it really is under the "idle", and all through the remote control or a few phone keys can be easily solved, an eye-opener.
Fanny and her husband has a doctorate in use for two years to design and improve the system, they named it Intexact Intelligent Systems, said there are three techniques which have been patented, and some other countries than the United States but also advanced technology.
Stefani and her husband's home is a 3-layer small building, an area of about 600 square meters. From the outside, this light gray brick wall outside the glass house, and near the house is not much ...
... different from the other. However, the door ready to start, you can find it different.
Fanny saw the hostess to the wall by a finger on a fingerprint scanner, and then, I do not know which speaker from the Women's voices heard: "Good afternoon, Fanny, house security systems has been lifted, it is now 3:00 30 minutes, the indoor temperature at 23 degrees, you have two phone messages ... ... "Do not think that this is someone inside the house, which is designed for smart home system Fanny at work and broadcasting.
Simple operation: the remote control can command the entire home
The entire system including security, entertainment, telephone answering, message, control the whole house electrical appliances, opened the curtains closed, lights and background music, these operations can only be completed with a remote control. In addition, the use of laptop computers, telephones and other wireless operator can be, even if the business trip is also controlled through the Internet or telephone lines.
The system can also be set up: for example morning at 8 o'clock wake-up mistress, 8:10 breakfast start the microwave oven heating, 8:20 automatically open curtains, soft lighting turn, play great music; Next, 9 Clock turn on the TV, play aerobics programs; room set 23 degrees Celsius and so on.
Hands-free speaker phone can be answered by
" Fanning told reporters: "As large a house, the family has at least more than 10 phones, sometimes it is too late to answer the phone, phone will go to the recording, when I want to know who a phone call, it is necessary very hard to search through the family of each telephone call recording message. "
Well now, the design of the system is very clever Fanny, when the phone rings, room monitoring system to quickly capture the location of people, and from the beginning all the phone ringing, only to leave people to the most recent phase of that phone rings. Intexact Intexact patented intelligent system, able to call different brands and models of co-ordinating operations, telephone voice broadcast by loudspeaker, they do not have to worry about missing a message, and completely solved the Fanny's distress.
Adjust the background light heart
In Fanny's home, using Clipsal's Austrian intellectual LILTI system to meet the dimming, remote on, off, set the brightness and other features. This reporter saw the stairs atmosphere under the lights for different colors to chose freely by remote control.
According to reports, this intelligent home systems cost quite a lot of money, you need more than one million. But as a designer Fanny said she had taken into account the capacity of ordinary people, but also by simplifying systems to reduce costs, spending 5 to 10 million thus can create unexpected, "idle" life.
