Hair Loss Diet And Procedures To Prevent Hair Loss
Hair loss is caused due to many reasons such as lack of vitamins, minerals and iron in the body, age, pollution, heredity and stress, sleep deprivation, hormonal imbalances and diseases. It is said that the loss of hair almost in a day is normal. If you lose your hair more than that, then it is an alarming signal. Usually, hair loss is normal in normal amounts, and they even have a life and grow back again.
Diet to Prevent Hair Loss
Fish, eggs and beans
Hair is mostly made of protein and, therefore, it makes sense to eat a diet rich in protein when you're trying to keep hair healthy. However, eating a steak every day is not going to help.
Diets high in fat will result in increased levels of testosterone, which have been linked to hair loss - so the steaks are among the foods that prevent hair loss. Stick to leaner proteins such as fish (which has a lot of health benefits beyond keeping the hair), chicken, beef liver, yeast, low fat cheese, eggs, almonds, beans and yogurt. Soy milk and tofu are also intelligent to add to your diet because they are high in protein and low in bad fats.

Iron plays a key role in the production of hemoglobin, the blood component that carries oxygen to body organs and tissues. When hemoglobin is at a healthy level, oxygen is dispersed properly. This means that your scalp is getting good blood flows, which stimulate and promote hair growth.
Bean sprouts
Silica can not be a commonly heard word related to the diet (or foods that prevent hair loss, for that matter). If you are looking to promote hair growth and prevent hair loss, however, silica need to be in your menu.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C in oranges is an excellent source of collagen, vital for hair growth, helps prevent hair loss and helps the body absorb iron from protein sources such as meat in our diet.
A very good source of vitamin A and zinc B6a can be found in chickpeas miracle food. These two elements nourish the hair, promote hair growth and prevent hair loss while zinc and Vitamin A combine well in preventing dandruff and hair loss.
Soybean
Soybeans are useful because they contain large amounts of vitamin E and iron. Iron is important in the production of hemoglobin - a component of hemoglobin that carries oxygen in the blood to all tissues and major organs of the body and normal hemoglobin levels ensures adequate flow of blood in the scalp to stimulate hair growth (Vitamin E also helps in increasing blood flow to the scalp.)
Silica and iron
Silica and iron are important in promoting hair growth and are provided by the wheat. The primary task of the silicone is to help the body absorb minerals and vitamins it needs to function optimally. Modern diets do not provide sufficient amount of silica that can contribute to hair loss.
