After all the household chores, cooking dinner or lunch can be a trifle unnerving at times. Many a times, we find our mothers and grandmothers complaining about the time spent in kitchen. Also a lot of time is spent to ensure that the grocery list is full of nutritious and healthy items. We tend to use a large chunk of our precious time in planning healthy dinner recipes. Don't we ever wish to have easy dinner recipes so that the dinner is ready in minutes?

A lot of cookery shows are doing the round where they specifically lay emphasis on how to make easy dinner recipes. But are they really as easy as they seem to be? All you have to do is to make advance planning. The trick here is to reduce the cooking time. These recipes involve ingredients which are either fresh or dried. Use of fresh herbs such as cilantro, basil, oregano etc not only enhance the taste of food but are also healthy and good for the human body in some way or the other. Many times we find that these easy dinner recipes ask us to simply marinate the fish or meat or even the chicken in these pastes and then grill them or bake them. Now that is simple and is easy to cook as well. Grilling or baking makes really healthy dinner recipes as they involve less oil and therefore fewer calories. These recipes are useful as well as very helpful especially when you have a large number of guests at your home and would love to spend time with them rather than cooking in the kitchen.
