* Must apply for Singapore Employment Pass for foreign staff relocating to Singapore
* A S$1 minimum paid-up capital
* Must have an established firm in Singapore
* Within six months of the incorporation, it is needed to hire a company secretary who is a Singapore resident
* Within three months of the Singapore subsidiary registration, an auditor must be chosen
* Needed to submit audited accounts annually with Singapore income tax authorities

Note that the required documents needed for this application must all be written in English, any documents not written in English, they must be translated.
