Refrigerator Cleaning
First, throw away food that has gone bad. Prepare this solution. 1 quarter cup of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 1 quart of water. Use the solution to wipe the walls and the trays. To remove the odors, pour some vanilla on a piece of cotton and place in the refrigerator. A dash of lemon extract can also produce a fresh scent.

Garbage Disposal Cleaning
Food often gets stuck or scraped into the garbage disposal. It is hard to clean and it can stink up your sink. Pouring baking soda and white vinegar help removing grease and food in the disposal. Put the mixture in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for approximately 3 minutes. Wipe the inside of the microwave with the mixture using sponge or paper towels.
Another quick and easy way to clean the inside is by using a dishcloth. Place a wet dishcloth in the center of the microwave. Heat it up for 30 seconds. The steam produced helps loosen the stain and use the cloth to wipe the inside.
To deodorize the microwave, heat a bowl of water with 3 to 4 slices of lemon in it for 30 seconds.
