The Tech Support For Sony Laptop Made My Day!
I am William, an assistant to a very reputed criminal lawyer. It has been just few days that I had finished my course and joined my boss as his assistant. Seeing my credentials, he handed me the responsibility of preparing the report of a very important criminal case. I wanted to keep myself up to his expectations. I really worked very hard in preparing the report. It was the last day in my hand. By evening I had to hand over the complete report to my boss so that he can prepare his final presentation. I was already at the end of the report and had been working very hard on it from past eight days. I was sitting in my office trying to finalize the report when my system suddenly crashed. I narrated him my sad tale. I also told him that I had to hand over the report by today evening at any cost. He said that he can help me out with the problem. He told me about a tech support firm that provided online assistance to all computer related issues. I was a bit relaxed as I saw a small ray of hope. The next moment he provided me a toll free number of that tech support firm. I quickly made a call at that number. My call was answered by a lady who introduced herself as Veronica, a tech expert. I asked her Do you provide tech support for Sony laptop. She answered me in affirmation. I then briefed her about the entire problem and requested her to help me. She diagnosed the problem and remotely accessed my computer to fix it. Within no time my laptop came back to life. Everything was once again functioning properly on my laptop. I thanked the good lady for providing the technical assistance for my Sony laptop. The tech firm not only saved me of the severe consequences of losing a very important case report, but also helped me win the trust and appreciations of all.
