7 Minute Diet Vs The Transformation Solution Program-00-4020
This article will be focusing on two different weight loss plans. One is the 7 Minutes Diet by Jon Benson and Nathan Hopkins while the other plan is by Phillips i.e. The Transformation Solution.
Let us see each of these programs in detail one by one:
Major difference between the two plans is that one of them is an actual weight loss program. The 7 Minutes Diet can't be called a complete weight loss plan. It is due to the fact that it has no structured plan to be followed. It only offers a collection of simple and easy tips to be adopted that result in weight loss in a very short span of time. On the other hand Transformation Solution is a plan with greater scope. It will not be wrong to say that the 7 Minute Diet offers tips which can help in making any weight loss plan more effective but no one can use these tips as his only tool.
