There are various "train the trainer" courses offered by us which would be helpful for someone who is given the responsibility of training others in the organization. It is a 2 day training program providing all the insights required to train someone. The course would cover the whole training cycle including planning, delivery and evaluation. The course also covers various other important aspects of training required to train others like setting the ground rules , gaining attention, ground rules etc would be covered. The knowledge and practical skills gained by this course would be examined by various multiple choice quiz and an observation (by the course tutor) of the participants' delivered session (this will be either a 10 or 15 minute training session - dependent on group size), ending with a proper feedback for every participant. The idea and the reason behind this assessment is not to set the participants up to fail, but rather to make sure that they have absorbed and have ...
... understood the knowledge and developed the skills necessary to be an effective trainer who is all ready to jump in to action and train various others around.
