Online is known as the best electric protection system, whereas line interactive is a middle option. Offline provides basic protection solution and is perfect for small applications like small office/ home.

Filters

Electro-magnetic Interference (EMI) and Radio Frequency Interference(RFI) filters are included in a UPS in order to prevent it from electric spikes and electric noise. They perform their functions by 'clamping' or suppressing peak frequencies to acceptable levels. The usage and complexity of these filters may increase within the three static UPS topologies.

Accessories

UPS accessories contain maintenance bypasses that maintain the entire process without producing any disturbance to the load. A UPS device may include one or more three main topologies depending upon load type and size.
