Key Opinion Leaders or KOL's are those who can influence the other people the most. It is challengeable to influence others behavior as well as thoughts. It is quite difficult to change the perspective of a particular person towards new things. The opinion leaders are those who are individual within the organizations which are perceived trustworthy, influential and credible. They have lots of social networks. They have got these contacts through their daily personal interactions with the people. They are the ones who can adopt new ideas and thinking and are capable of influencing their colleagues. These opinion leaders bring these changes by creating awareness, modeling the new behavior and giving more encouragement to such contemplating changes.
