Have you ever bought a home or some real estate property that left you so angry that you wanted to tell the whole world about your bad experience and then the agent or loan officer who hurt you so badly would pay dearly for their actions?

f you have never bought a home or piece of real estate you may not know how slick they can be. Plus, you may think that you would never be one of the unfortunate ones to be taken, right?

You found your dream home, first you go to the yellow pages and look for banks or mortgage lenders in your area. Also, you check out the Internet and try to find a lender that might have the right lean rates to meet your budget. You walk into the bank or mortgage company and sit in front if the guy in the suit and tie. You're nervous and not sure what to expect. You're hoping to be approved, get the best rate and walk out with a smile on you face.

I remember when we purchased our first home and our first mortgage. At the time the was no Internet to do research on home loans, mortgage companies, interest rates and closing costs.Closing Cost! Yes, taxes, insurance, down ...
... payment and all kinds of bank fees. I found out the hard way and just signed all those papers we had to sign. You would think I was signing away my life. lol One good thing was I was a veteran and could get a VA loan without a down payment. The only problem with that was because I put no money down I had a larger mortgage payment and would have paid much more by the time I finished paying the loan. Also, My biggest mistake was re-financing and getting a equity loan. I'll get into that later. You could get into a situation where your payments a so high where you can't make them. Forclosure is the last thing you want.

Of course you may not have the time and money to experience what I had to go through. I just hope with Good Home Loans Expert I can spare just one person the horror I went through while simply buying a home or piece of real estate, well then, I've done a good thing.

I discovered that it is a private, non-government organization who consumer think they are a legitimate governing and regulatory agency. Plus, They have been on the news lately and have been accused if companies paying them for a higher rating.
