According some movie critics, the year 2010 has not been a good year for Hollywood's chicas. Most of peliculas that has a woman for the principal role has shown a character without any charm or femininity. It seems that chicas's image has become rude or weird in some cases.

The chicas that have been nominated for the Golden Globe are good examples to explain this problem like "Rabbit Hole" where Nicole Kidman appears like a sad mother with a terrible and cold personality; another example is "Frankie and Alice" where Halle Berry plays the role of a crazy person who is totally exaggerated; there is also "Black Swam" where Natalie Portman played a crazy woman with an annoying and rigid style, her look also was terrible.

We have to mention the role of Michelle Williams in "Blue Valentine" where she plays a spoiled girl; the character is too predictable, it only shows a girl who gets pregnant, gets married and gets divorced, so boring! This is not offering anything new to the public.
