A Russ Dalbey Success Story

Darrel, an already successful business entrepreneur dealing in stocks and commodities, chose to become involved in the cashflow business using Russ Dalbey's business plan.

Darrel says it took him nearly a year to create a successful venture, but only because he spent his first six months developing what he calls his Referral Network. He did it a little different from what most people do Instead of sending post card mailers and working cold calls, Darrel developed a referral base of lawyers, real estate agencies, title companies and others dealing with financial notes. His work generated interest and people began calling him:

I knew I could be successful from the first small package. I knew it could work... The classes were just icing on the cake, Darrel says.

Darrel likes that the cash flow business doesn't involve any selling at all, only helping people. It's pretty rewarding not having to sell anything. Most people don't understand how you can make a lot of money, spending only a relatively small amount to get there...

... up to fail because they lack confidence — that unless all the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed, they are like a deer in the headlights.

His best advice? You have to get moving and put out the effort to keep going - FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION.

Still active in stocks and commodities, making money from notes does not take up a lot of Darrel's time. In fact, it supplements his other activities.

I use the lessons ever day, in one form or another.

The business is expanding. Darrel's wife has retired and now works in the note business alongside Darrel and his daughter-in-law. His son will be quitting his job to work on the new family business.

Anyone with a common sense approach to life can do this, according to Darrel. He says that if a person understands the system, they'll have confidence they can make money by simply acting as a middle-man.

I average $4,000 a note. Each note requires almost no expense and relatively little time... There is a truckload of money out there. I don't care what the economy is doing. Every recession and depression that has come along, the only people that come out ahead are the people dealing with real estate, says Darrel.
