Looking back on the days i was made the scapegoat for leaders, i still feel full of grievance though it happened long time ago.

The first job after my graduation made me very exciting and cautious. I always remembered to talk less and do more. After three days there, i had been clear about the work i responsible for but i haven't done any concrete operation. Just at that time, i was forced to be others' scapegoat and to face indifferent colleagues.

When workers rushed into purchase department, i knew there were something to happen. As expected, the procurement assistant has purchased the wrong material and lead to the failure of assembling. But, the thing beyond my expectation happened. The procurement assistant said it is my fault because this material was on my charge. I was so surprised because i had never participated in this purchasement. I looked at the procurement assistant, she blushed with shame and lowed her head. Other colleagues in the office kept silent while knowing truth. I did not know what i should do at that time. I directly said, i haven't taken over this work, so how can this be my fault? ...
... But no one supported me and the boss watched me angrily. At last, they put the material on my desk and urged me to solve this problem as soon as possible. I can not control myself and bursted into cry when no one was around.
　　　Why should i bear the faults that were not made by me? I really can not accepted this. Then i called my father to complain. After a long talk with my father, i learned that we should face every frustration bravely if it is unavoidable.

Then i adjusted myself promptly and accomplished the work perfectly. After that thing, i learned even harder, i spent one month to become a regular worker while others need three month. One year later, i became the leader of the procurement assistant.
