In the world, many people have to shift work at night. According to statistics, these people sleep 1.5 hours less than people who work in the day and one third people would go to sleep at work. The long-term work shift will disrupt the normal body clock and even cause health problems. So, how to supplement enough sleep for those people?

Limit the work shift times in the working hour.
