What is Human Resource Management?
Human resource management (HRM) refers to the processes involved in managing people in organizations - it includes employing people, enhancing their capacities and utilizing and compensating their services, according to the requirements of the organization. The function of human resources (HR) is mostly administrative and similar across various organizations. These include selection, evaluation and payroll processes.
