For hundreds of years, businesses have utilized logos, trademarks and emblems as ways of differentiating themselves from their competitors and branding themselves to customers. Many consumers today can immediately recognize their favorite brands just based on the logo.

Ideas for logo design can come from lots of different places. Some companies just use their initials or company name as a logo. Other businesses like to use symbols of where they are or what they do.
