Las Vegas is known for its doing everything over the top and well, the holiday season is no exception. It is quite an enjoyable time to visit Las Vegas for several reasons; Christmas shopping and decorations.

Christmas Shopping in Las Vegas

While local malls are fun to see during the holiday season, they do not compare to Christmas shopping in Las Vegas. Most every major hotel has a massive shopping center of some sort and if that's not good enough there are tons of outlets close to the city. Some of the best shops include: Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, Le Boulevard at Paris, Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian, The Shops at the newly opened Cosmopolitan, Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, and Via at the Bellagio. These highly styled and decorated shopping centers are filled with all of the favorite clothing designers and jewelry including: Giorgio Armani, Chanel, Dior, Gucci, Tiffany & Co., Ann Taylor, Aber Crombie & Fitch, Louis Vuitton and more. With literally thousands of shops located in a 4 mile radius, there should be no excuses to not find exactly what you are looking for. After a day of shopping, ...
... you will be ready to relax in the best hotel spas and suites. And to top the night off, you can go to an amazing world class restaurant or to one of the many a highly talked about special Christmas shows, like Wayne Newton.

Las Vegas Christmas Decorations & Entertainment

Decorations in Las Vegas during Christmas are expected to be like much everything else, over the top. Christmas time is without a doubt a sight to see in Vegas. Giant decorated Christmas trees, poinsettias and millions of light strands are located throughout the hotels properties and casinos. Also, Bellagio's fountains are expertly performed to Christmas music. While you are gambling, you will also notice that the casino employees are festively dressed in complete holiday attire. Las Vegas spends good deal of money decorating the casinos, hotel and shopping centers for the holiday season. If you get tired of looking at decorations, you can always go to the Pawn Shop to see famous and historic items. A word of advice, be sure to plan your trip in advanced due to the fact that everything, including plane tickets and hotel rooms, get a little bit more expensive. Look to take advantage of special Vegas holiday deals.
