Oklahoma City, OK -- (January 10, 2011) - Westquip, the leading Toyota forklifts dealer in Oklahoma, was recently honored with Toyota Material Handling U.S.A.'s prestigious After Sales Service Evaluation & Certification award (ASEC). The ASEC award is a direct means by which numerous measurements are taken in regards to every aspect of materials handling, from service department paperwork flow to administration and building layout. Toyota has set forth this certification as a standard for excellence in service to Toyota forklift customers.

Areas of deficiency are noted, action plans are created to correct those deficiencies and the areas are then re-evaluated and graded to ensure compliance.

The ASEC award criteria was created to help increase the level of efficiency and improve the overall service and parts operations of dealerships, which greatly enhances the level of customer service and satisfaction that dealerships provide.
