Exciting Rajasthan Tours And Hot Air Balloon Rides

India is a land rich in culture, so much so that it's impossible to see it all in one vacation - maybe even one lifetime. But in the state of Rajasthan in the north-west of India, you have a little bit of everything - history, art, architecture, nature, the past, the present, even the future! Touring Rajasthan alone could fill your whole trip and leave you wanting more.
Going on vacation you have to plan ahead, so you should arrange a tour package of Rajasthan rather than trust to providence. Line up the best cities with the most to offer and hit them one after another. For example, a Rajasthan tour should at least include the Venice of the East - Udaipur. Once amidst its ancient palaces and lakes, you'll see why it was voted the Best City in the World in 2009.
But to really go back in time and see a bit of everything you need to visit Pushkar. Not only is it one of India's oldest cities, it is home to over 500 temples and the annual Pushkar Camel Fair, an experience you shouldn't miss, featuring odd competitions such as the Longest Moustache.
You shouldn't tour Rajasthan without also visiting ...
... its capital, Jaipur - the Pink City. Not only because of its past, but because of its future. This historic city also sports one of the most famous movie houses in India, Raj Mandir Cinema, and is building a unique World Trade Park, which will bring the world to Jaipur.
And no tour of Rajasthan is complete without experiencing its lush wildlife, and the best place to do that is Ranthambore National Park, home of one of India's premier Tiger Reserves, as well as the thousand-year-old Ranthambore Fort.
So now that you've put together a tour package for Rajasthan, how do you plan to see these places? Tour buses or taxis can take you to most of your destinations, of course. But for a truly unique experience would it surprise you to find out that each of these regions also offer hot air balloon rides?
That, perhaps, is the most exciting idea of all. Not only can you spend the day seeing the palaces and gardens on foot, but now you can spend an hour to see it all from the air as well. From a high-up perspective you'll be able to appreciate your tour of Rajasthan like no one else!
