Let us talk about the most craved natural aspect of human figure, the height. People love to gain height as it is possible only till a particular age. All youngsters think of increasing height. Taking chances of this delicate human emotion there are hundreds and thousands of fake products which claim to make you taller overnight. But be sure, there are no such discoveries made till now which can give you a height boost. Science has not come up till now with any height increasing agent. But on the other hand science proved that exercises, good food habits & good sleep can do wonders.
Scientific researches have revealed that humans grow due to growth hormones. Growth hormones are secreted from different parts of the body but the pituitary gland; present on the lower side of brain plays a major role. Let us observe what triggers pituitary to secrete. Experiments have shown that secretion rate of pituitary gland increases while exercising and when you are asleep. Human beings loose most of their body's energy through their eyes. So when you are asleep a major part of your energy is utilized as most of the body parts are in rest at that time. Science also says that growth hormones are secreted maximum when you sleep. Apart from all these there is something else which we should not ignore.
This other important aspect of increase height is balanced diet. You must know that we all grow because of cell division. Cell division in your body requires a lot many things & among them good food is primary one. Height gain can be hampered due to mal-nutrition. Discoveries have revealed that some basic components present in our daily food accelerate cell division.

Protein: Protein is very essential component in increasing height, as it helps to build body tissues. 45-55grams of protein can be consumed daily by means of meat, soya bean, egg or milk.
Minerals: Calcium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Sodium etc very essential minerals to gain height. These minerals help your bones to grow. Vegetables & milk contains a lot of minerals.
Vitamin: Vitamin A and Vitamin D are very good to gain height. Vitamin is present in different vegetables like orange, papaya, broccoli, tomatoes etc. Egg yolk & liver are full of Vitamin D.
Good food is always necessary with exercises and good sleep. You can try exercises like cycling, skipping, and swimming. You can opt for some games also if you are interested like basket ball, volley ball. Playing outdoor games like these will serve your exercising purpose also. But always keep in mind that you will grow till a particular age and there is no medicine to give you a boost to gain height.
