Authentication is a critical part of the security design process for A+ certificate(http://www.aplus-220-701.com)
. Follow these guidelines when designing authentication for wireless networks that will use 802. Ix:
Consider PEAP-EAP-MSCHAPv2 when user computers are not members of a domain. EAP-MSCHAPv2 requires little infrastructure change, does not require
PKI, and is supported by Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Pocket PC 2002.
Use PEAP-EAP in small organizations where a certificate infrastructure is not needed for other purposes.
Use PEAP-EAP as a transition authentication choice where PKI implementation is in process.
Do not use PEAP-MD5. The password used is not protected and is subject to dictionary attacks.
Use certificate revocation. Checking for revoked certificates can prevent CompTIA A+ Practical Application(http://www.aplus-220-701.com)
the use of stolen laptops and the credentials on them in attacking your network.
Check for valid server certificates to prevent a man-in-the-middle attack.Use Group Policy policies to manage client authentication.

The museum ...
... would like to host traveling shows from museums around the world. Next year, in particular, they would like to host a show that includes World War II cryptographic artifacts, including the only known existing example of the Japanese purple machine, an infamous German enigma machine, and many examples of code books and resources used during that era.
When museum officials inquired about hosting the show, they found that the museum did not meet the security requirements of the show promoters. Specifically, the museum uses ordinary locks on its doors, and while employees have ID badges, the badges could be easily counterfeited. Changes in IT infrastructure as well as the way the museum manages its day-to-day activities will need free CompTIA exam papers(http://www.examshots.com/vendor/CompTIA-4.html)
to be made.
