I watched as the procession continued down the street; the carriage proceeded across Scottsdale Road and the cowboy and his horse paraded up the sidewalk to the corner of Scottsdale Road and First Street. The cowboy, still strumming away on his guitar, continued to sing to a steadily growing crowd.
