Like in the case of numerous other cuisines, finding your favorite Italian dish can be quite a hassle considering the incredible variety of dishes that incorporate ingredients you might haven't even heard of yet. Just like Thai cuisine is known for its dishes which use chicken, Italian cuisine is best known for its seafood recipes. Seafood linguine is definitely one of the most sought after dishes due to its incredible combination of flavors. A very nice fact about Italian cuisine, and this includes even the most complicated dishes, is that as long as you follow the directions of the recipe you will be able to cook them to perfection. Sure, for those who are on a strict diet the seafood linguine, or even most of the other recipes, might not be the best choice. For everyone else though the only thing you will need to think about is for how many people you will need to cook.

Another detail is that unlike other equally as appealing dishes, seafood linguine does not take numerous hours to cook, and instead you can be serving your guests within a half hour from the time you started the preparations. Here is the best seafood ...
... linguine recipe I've ever tasted. For this particular recipe you will need quite a few ingredients but don't worry it will be well worth it when you are done. This recipe requires one pound of the tasty linguine pasta, half a cup of olive oil, three cloves of finely chopped garlic, ¼ cup of bread crumbs, half a teaspoon of chili flakes, one can of Clover Leaf baby yellow clams - not drained, one can of Clover Leaf medium shrimp - drained, one can of Clover Leaf pacific oysters - drained ¼ cup of white wine and half a cup of chopped parsley.

In addition to all these ingredients you should also have some additional bread crumbs and some black pepper. Start by boiling the pasta al dente in water with some pinches of salt. Be sure to read the label as different types of pasta have different boiling times and cooking them for too long really changes their texture. This is a relatively slow cooking recipe so you need to heat the ¼ of olive oil over medium heat in a large frying pan. The first ingredient to go in is the garlic which you have to sauté for about 3 or 4 minutes at the most making sure not to burn it.

Now it is time to add the bread crumbs and half a teaspoon of chili flakes. Next you start adding the main ingredients, which are the can of Clover Leaf baby yellow clams together with all of that tasty liquid, Clover Leaf medium shrimp and Clover Leaf pacific oysters. The last step is to add the wine or pasta water, whichever you prefer, and cook for two or three minutes more until you start to see the appearance of the seafood changing a bit. The last step is to add this wonderful composition over the pasta and there you have it, seafood linguine for 4 to 6 guests cooked in about half-hour.
