Annamalai University is a state university in Tamil Nadu and the directorate of distance education established in 1979 has four hundred and one different programs of study under the regular stream. It is considered to be the largest enrolment in India and is well equipped with computer and other infra-structure, adequate teaching faculty and administrative set-up of its own, study centers, computer training centers etc in order to serve its students' clientele in their best interest at their door steps. Moreover, it has unique distinction of offering first in India, post-graduate degree programs in applied psychology, physics, chemistry, zoology, botany, bio-informatics and law by distance education mode. For distance MBA course, the university receives maximum number of applicants and the courses of Annamalai University are approved by the University
Grant Commission and Distance Education Council.

Fee details of Annamalai University Distance Education

The processing fee of the university is Rs.1000 while University fees per year is Rs.10,000 and mode pf payment is demand draft (DD) in favor of the Director, Directorate of Distance Education Annamalai University. Any cash, cheques, pay orders, postal orders and money orders will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Tuition fees and mandatory fees are approved by the Annamalai University Distance Education and State of Tamil Nadu. In order to avoid inconvenience to the students and facilitate the consolidation of accounts in the office Fee is charged during admission of the student.Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted in any case.

The processing fee of different programs is different, like - for MBA Design Management, the processing fee is Rs. 3000/-,for Bachelor of Mass Communication, B.Sc Fashion design,Textile Design, Interior Design it is Rs. 2500/- and Rs.2000 for advanced diploma, Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Interior Design and Diploma in Public Relations and Advertising etc.
