Human Resource Departments employ a range of employees that assume the general staffing and internal management needs of an agency or organization. Overall duties of the branch include filling vacant company positions and terminating redundant positions. The branch will also coordinate and supervise employees in a manner that best helps in achieving the goals of the organization.
