An eye catching trade show display is the most important asset at any trade show. A simple but effective graphic layout is an important component of your exhibit booth. In your booth layout, always focus on what you are displaying for your customers, not on where you are displaying it. You need to first come up with your general graphic design before deciding what to put on your display booth's wall. Your visitors should understand your product or services at first glance before focusing on anything else. They should also feel comfortable and at ease while approaching your trade show booths.

Wether your have a 10x10 trade show booth space or a 20x20 trade show booth space, be sure that you have enough space for visitors to enter in your booth and feel comfortable while in it. You should have space between two items so that your visitor can pass by from both items and even see them properly. As a general rule, there should be a minimum of 36 inches of space between two objects so that a single person can move between them. However, it all depends on how many visitors you are expecting in your trade show booth in a day. If the number is high, then you need to design your trade show display accordingly.

3.Use your space wisely
With the help of the last point, you will get to know how to use your trade show booth's space. Now, it is time to know how to put your items up on display. You have to ensure that your items are placed neither too high or too low. If your graphic design is placed too high then visitors will find it uncomfortable to see it clearly. If your booth design is too low then visitors may miss important information your are trying to get across. The perfect height depends on your products, design and space in your exhibit booth.

4.Get a rendering of your design idea
Once you get the right design idea for your trade show displays layout, spend time to render it to scale. It will give you a better idea of what your trade show graphic design will look like. Even though this can be time consuming, taking the time to do this will help you feel confident in your trade show booth layout before your display graphics are printed. In addition, knowing your trade show display layout will solve your problems that can occur with booth space issues.
