Most parents are excited to see the baby's first tooth. In fact, many of the parents are actually relieved when the tooth will come out so that the child won't anymore have sleepless nights as well as them. However, a few infants are actually born with teeth, literally! Babies could be delivered with one or perhaps 2 teeth and this tends to positively startle most parents when they get to see the teeth on their newborns.

Doctors who may have encountered these situations will simply extract the teeth as soon as they can. Of course, this scares many of parents until they are informed of the dangers of the newborn getting their first child tooth or teeth as soon as they're born. These baby teeth are known as natal teeth. Most people believe that each time a child has these teeth they're either mentally retarded or they are born too old. Neither of these beliefs have any significance to the occurrence of the teeth.

... may be movable and swallowing of those teeth is also possible which can positively set off more problems. This can even bring about soreness to the mother's nipple when the baby is feeding. There are certain situations that the tongue of the child will probably be harmed if the baby has these. It is recommended to check with a pediatric dentist on what will be the best thing to do about the teeth before it can bring about harm to you and your baby. Note that the natal teeth seriously isn't safe and you should get rid of it when possible. Some of those teeth is not going to even need anaesthesia because they're loose.
